Full Refund Policy
We are proud of our London Sessions and want composers to know that when booking a London Session we guarantee a great result. For that reason we're offering a Full Refund Policy in case the result of your recording session is not professional as defined by the following criteria:
1 - The musicians couldn't fix a problem that was simple enough to be fixed by good quality professional players such as and limited to recurrent intonation problems on the same passage which were not fixed over the span of 5 takes, noise over the recording, inability to perform a rhythm over the span of 5 takes and inability to follow tempo indications on score with a limit of 2 different tempo markings per each minute of music.
2 - Failure to record one or more orchestral parts. The acceptable amount of parts is limited to one per instrument group. eg.: Violin 1, Violin 2, Viola, Celli, Double Bass, Flute, Oboe, Clarinet...
The conditions above apply to bookings made until October 30th 2018.
We are committed to provide our clients with the best recordings and with the best service possible. For the first time since our Kickstarter project we're adding a set of rules in order to make our service more efficient and serve our costumers better.
1 - Booking date and time
The dates and times shown in our website are our planned dates, which can be subject to change with prior notice. In such event, all music is to be recorded at the next available recording session.
2 - Planned sessions
If a session doesn't reach a minimum of 50% booking, the $99 Orchestra reserves the right to postpone the session until demand is sufficient to book a session.
3 - Score submissions
Scores must be submitted by the client 10 business days prior to the recording session. In case the client is not able to submit the scores until 10 days prior the recording session.
4 - Beginner composers
Orchestration is an art that takes time to perfect. Beginner composers are encouraged to record their music in our recording sessions. Please note that if your orchestration is not well written, it will affect the recording outcome and it may not sound as VST or computer generated versions.
5 - Commercial usage
The client has the permission to commercially use the recordings delivered by the $99 Orchestra without paying additional fees or royalties.
